Introductory Programs

If the full 8-week MBSR class doesn't seem like a good fit, shorter classes, e.g. a four-week program that meets for 1 to 1/2 hours per week, are also possible. Please reach out to discuss the details!

Workshops

These are one-time workshops of one to two hours that include an introduction to what mindfulness is all about, the history of MBSR, and a brief introduction to some mindfulness practices. These workshops are great for any group that is looking for an introduction to mindfulness without committing to a multi-week program. Workshops are always FREE!

Individual Coaching

For anyone new(ish) to mindfulness, or trying to establish a mindfulness practice but not sure how to go about it, I am also available for 1:1 coaching to guide you through some of the difficulties that can arise at the beginning of one's mindfulness journey.
